Position Overview:
LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a Director of Emergency Department- Critical Access in Spooner, WI. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ Years of experience in a leadership role within an Acute Care setting
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree preferred
- Current state licensure and active certifications
- Experience in Emergency Services.
- Experience in a rural setting is preferred.
- Current certification in BLS, ACLS, CALS with Trauma Module, and ENA certifications.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire staff at all levels
Salary Range: $110K-$120K- Relocation is available
