Long-term care focused Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) nestled near a gorgeous lake in central Washington seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA, NHA) who aims to set down roots in this mission-driven organization.

The primary focus here now is long-term care, although they also serve some skilled nursing patients who are aimed for rehab-to-home.
Relocation support is available, both in terms of temporary housing and in terms of potential reimbursement of a portion of relocation costs.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Nursing Home Administrator license in Washington State (LNHA in WA) or the ability to quickly earn one
- Previous experience in operations leadership of a Long-term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility
- Stable tenure in prior jobs
- Positive track record of measurable success, including things like improved CMS ratings, reducing Agency spend, improving staff retention, increasing occupancy, elevated resident satisfaction ratings, etc.
- Strong interest in living in rural central Washington State
- Affinity for seniors and desire to see them well cared for here
