ABOUT THE JOB 
We’re looking for a knowledgeable and skilled Sales Director for an Assisted Living community in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Sales Director is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, providing tours for families and potential residents, and exceptional follow-up.  

QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • 1-2 years prior LTC admissions experience
  • Comfortable in a high visibility position and able to work well with all staff levels in the building
  • Ohio pre-certifications and pre-authorizations knowledge
  • Exceptional with giving tours, following up, and determining which room is the best fit for the new resident
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
  • Overseeing efficient room preparation and ensuring room is ready for move-in for new resident
  • Coordinate the customer experience from first inquiry to move-in, ensuring highest quality of service for each resident and family member
